In 2018, my mother had to flee Venezuela’s political and economic turmoil. God gave me the vision to create a sanctuary as well as build a business to support her, in our 1950 home, a safe place for her to live and thrive after losing her homeland of 74 years.
This is how our vacation rentals were inspired, imagined, and completed.
THE SEAGLASS BUNGALOW
Located in the beautiful coastal town of Saint Augustine, Florida, founded in 1542 with the title of “the oldest city” in the USA, this is a tropical oasis where rustic industrial woodwork meets seaside charm. All these elements blend smoothly together and bring feelings of relaxation, relief, and a magical childhood secret escape.
BAMBOO LANE HIDAWAY
As you enter the room, surprises of sophistication greet you as the “honored guest” in this master suite. Tall Cedar cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors with old brick inlays, lead you past a comfy mid-century bed into a bathroom with an old-world feel, complete with a deep copper clawfoot soaker tub. This master space seems larger than life with its tastefully unique accents that fit “just right” to create a sense of comfort and contentment.
